
Smoked Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
-20 jalapenos cored and split in half
-2 bricks of cream cheese
-20 slices of bacon cut in half
-brown sugar
-garlic powder
-black pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat the smoker to 325
- Fill the jalapeno halves with cream cheese
- Wrap the jalapenos in the bacon
- Top the poppers with a sprinkle of brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper
- Set on the smoker for an hour or until bacon is crispy
