Ingredients

-20 jalapenos cored and split in half

-2 bricks of cream cheese

-20 slices of bacon cut in half

-brown sugar

-garlic powder

-black pepper

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the smoker to 325
  2. Fill the jalapeno halves with cream cheese
  3. Wrap the jalapenos in the bacon
  4. Top the poppers with a sprinkle of brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper
  5. Set on the smoker for an hour or until bacon is crispy
